Guru Premsukh Memorial College of Engineering is situated in Budhpur, New Delhi and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and approved by Ministry of Human Resource Development. After a long legal dispute of college with UGC, Aicte, IP University etc., the college was shut down as per High Court orders in 2015. Students of the college were earlier shifted to a Mahaveer Swami Institute Of Technology in Sonipat. But, after a legal trial in High Court some students were shifted to Colleges affiliated to the IP university in Delhi through credit based counselling and rest were forced to go to MVSIT only. The fee issue has yet to be solved.

GPMCE offers four B.Tech courses with an intake capacity of 60 seats each.
IPU-CET is an offline examination conducted in the month of April by the University.
GPMCE follows the reservation criteria of the GGSI University.
GPMCE offers B.Tech in 4 specializations. The minimum eligibility criterion for admission is 10+2 with PCM.
Admission is done on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by GGSIPU. IPU-CET is an offline test organized at the University level in the month of April. Qualified candidates who registered for the counselling shall be called for the process. Candidates will then be allotted seats on the basis of their rank and merit in their preferred colleges.
Candidates must register online on the official website of the university for the counselling process. During registration, candidates can specify the course they wish to pursue. The counselling fee is INR 1000. The fee can be paid in both online and offline methods.

GPMCE Application Process 2018
Students can apply for the courses in GPMCE is done through GGSIPU. Candidates who qualified the IPU-CET must pay the counselling fee of INR 1000 on the official website of the university. The payment can be done either online or offline mode.
After paying the concerned amount:
Candidates must register online on the official university website.
While applying, the candidates are required to specify their preferences in courses and colleges
Submit the duly filled in form and wait for the first round of seat allocation.
Candidates will have to bring their academic certificates, mark sheets, academic fee receipt, and caste certificate (if applicable) while reporting at the designated centers.

Guru Premsukh Memorial College of Engineering follows the reservation policies of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. It should be noted that about 85% of the total seats of the University is reserved for the candidates who belong to Delhi region.
The application process is done online on the official website of GGSIPU after paying the counselling fee.
Candidates can pay the Counselling fee of INR 1000 in either online or offline mode.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with PCM for admission to any of the four courses.
